How to request a return or a refund and which conditions apply to catalogue products and to made-to-measure saddles.

Right of withdrawal
For catalogue products you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt, by returning the item undamaged and in its original packaging.
How to request a return
Write to concierge@equirea.it stating the order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the instructions for sending the item back.
Made-to-measure products
Made-to-measure saddles, being customised to the horse's measurements, are not subject to the standard right of withdrawal, save in the case of defects of conformity or production errors.
Refund times
Once the return has been received and checked, the refund is issued within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
