Subject matter

These terms govern the relationship between Equirea and the user with regard to browsing the website, configuring saddles and purchasing the products in the catalogue.

Orders and prices

All prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT unless otherwise stated. An order is deemed concluded upon receipt of confirmation from Equirea.

Made-to-measure saddles are produced on the basis of the configuration and the measurements supplied by the customer, who is required to check that they are correct before confirming.

Payments

Payments are handled through secure providers. Equirea does not store the full details of the payment instruments used.

Intellectual property

The contents of the website, including texts, images, trade marks and the configurator, belong to Equirea or to their respective owners and may not be reproduced without authorisation.

Governing law

The relationship is governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, where provided for by the applicable legislation.
