No. Leather darkens with use, sun and grease, and takes on a patina of its own. That is how the material behaves, not a fault.

Wipe off dust and sweat with a damp cloth after use, and feed it now and then with leather grease or saddle soap. Let it dry in the air, away from direct heat.

Made-to-measure saddles are built by hand and delivered in roughly 6–8 weeks, depending on the configuration chosen. If you pick a standard catalogue size instead, it ships within 2–4 working days of order confirmation.

Made-to-measure saddles are built to your horse's measurements and are therefore not covered by the standard right of withdrawal, faults in conformity or production errors aside. The 14-day right of withdrawal does apply to catalogue items.
